Accessibility

Leivar is committed to making the Service usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our standard, and we test the marketing site and dashboard against keyboard navigation, screen reader, contrast, and reduced-motion criteria.

We acknowledge that the Service includes evolving AI-driven interfaces that can produce content faster than a person can review it manually. Where features generate large amounts of output, we try to provide accessible affordances — keyboard shortcuts, alt-text fields on generated images, captions on generated video where the model supports it, and reduced-motion handling on animated interfaces. Some features remain in active development; we will state the current accessibility posture for those in-product.

Known limitations

The Service is in active development. Known limitations we are tracking:

• Some editor canvases (Konva-based image editor, multi-track video timeline) rely on pointer interactions that have partial keyboard equivalents.
• Some AI status indicators rely on motion to convey progress. We honour the prefers-reduced-motion setting where the motion is decorative; where it is informational (status changes), we preserve it and add a text label.
• Translations are not yet available; the Service is currently shipped in English. Multi-language support is on the roadmap.

Report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in the Service, write to kamugishaibrah@gmail.com with a description of the issue, the page or feature, the assistive technology you are using, and a screenshot or video if useful. We will acknowledge within five business days and work with you on a resolution. We treat accessibility barriers as bugs, not feature requests.

Legal framework

This statement is provided in furtherance of Leivar's commitments under the Americans with Disabilities Act (Title III) and U.S. Department of Justice guidance applicable to web services; the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and its Member State implementations; the UK Equality Act 2010; the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005; and the Australian Disability Discrimination Act 1992. Nothing in this statement creates a contractual obligation beyond those imposed by the applicable statute.
